Here's a Quarter. Keep the change!

So, I was talking to my friend Eric yesterday and he said something that totally made me feel beautiful. I mean, I believe I'm a beautiful person as is, but sometimes the people around you have a knack for saying what you need to hear when you need to hear it. He told me, I look ten times better with my naturalness (I think this is a word) than most women who devour their face with make up. I thought to myself as he kept talking, "WOW!!!!!!!" It's really okay to be me. No matter how beautiful or incredible you believe you are, we all have those days where we just don't feel up to par with the rest of the look obsessed world. Yesterday was my day. Now, usually I'm the one to bring myself back to reality and focus on how beautiful (inside and out) I am, but yesterday, those words that slipped from my dear friends mouth lifted me from by pits of "whoa is me" and led me to the heavens of "i'm free". I must admit friends are good for something other than hanging out. The ones that care, know just when to say the right things and they also know when to sit back and listen while you slowly find the words to tell them what the problem is.

Semi Introduction

So! Here I am. I've been saying I was going to do this for a while and hadn't. But, I figure today is just as good a day as any. Besides life happens everyday. Although some days are more interesting than others. It'll be interesting to see how many if any people will actually read what I have to say. I believe I'm an intelligent person. I'm intelligent enough to know that I know more than some and less than most. Therefore, my life lessons and learning experiences are quite intriguing to say the least. Well, just wanted to get something down, I got a life experience and/or thought in mind to share a little later today.
